The scope of work included the creation of a new site, excavating the area surrounding the compound, piling, drainage alterations, ground remediation and the installation of ducting.
Other works included flood mitigation, the installation of new access routes, modifications to the existing routes, building alterations, core drilling, new fencing, concrete ring beams and concrete plinths and piling.
