Personal development runs throughout the business from our administrative team, apprentices, contracts managers and senior management. Many of our employees began their careers with us and have become contracts managers, now mentoring our young apprentices.
Learning new skills is something we instil into all our people and we very much encourage and support all members of staff to keep learning.
All apprentices are encouraged to pursue areas of personal fulfilment and achieve their full potential. They regularly take part in national competitions to compare their emerging skills with other apprentices. What this has shown us is that we have an elite group of highly talented young people. So talented, indeed, that one of our team won the national roofing SkillsBuild competition and others have attained silver and bronze status.
